There are currently airline companies that are operating in conditions which are below the level of security recognized at an international level.

Organizations including ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organization), have concluded that these companies do not provide sufficient guarantees enabling them to be accepted on territories of countries that do comply with the minimum standards of ICAO and other international bodies.

  • Some regions do not have the resources and / or sufficient personnel to achieve the certification and oversight of local airlines and thus ensure that minimum safety and effectiveness are imposed and respected.

To increase profitability and bring these companies to level acceptable to ICAO standards, Conceptair Aviation proposes to analyze, evaluate restructure, and offer a strategy for these companies enabling them to expand their operations beyond their confined territory.
